Through the Scottsdale Jazz Festival and related International Jazz Day programming, Jazz Town USA will:
- Introduce the 18-townhome Jazz Town USA project to a proven audience
- Host donor briefings, partner activations, and project showcases
- Engage corporate sponsors interested in workforce housing, arts, and community ROI
- Align philanthropic giving with a tangible, shovel-ready development
The project itself is already well defined:
- 18 entitled 3-bedroom townhomes on an urban infill site along 7th Street
- Land value estimated at ~$3.5M
- Permits ready to issue
- A workforce housing strategy designating 4–6 units (22%–33%) for households earning 80%–120% AMI, preserving long-term value and lender confidence IDA_MOLI Jazz Town
What’s needed now is catalytic capital to unlock construction.
