Jazz Town USA – What We’re Building
Jazz Town USA is an emerging nonprofit initiative working toward the creation of workforce and affordable housing for musicians, creative artists, and cultural entrepreneurs—using jazz as a unifying force for community, education, and economic development.
Our work is guided by a long-term vision and is currently focused on planning, partnerships, and project development across three strategic pillars:

Jazz Town USA is working toward using the tools of real estate development to create affordable live/work housing for musicians, music educators, and creative entrepreneurs.

These efforts will focus on learning from established models and building the internal capacity needed to responsibly scale.

Jazz Town USA is committed to learning from, partnering with, and building upon these proven models as we develop projects that are culturally rooted in jazz and responsive to local community needs.
